During the first year, if you are dissatisfied with the performance of the equipment or service, we will make every effort to correct the problem to your satisfaction or we will remove the system that we installed within thirty (30) days of your request and refund the entire contract price.
We guarantee the best value at the best price based on our detailed work specification using comparable products, efficiency, and our installation quality standards. If you receive a better offer in a direct, apples-to-apples comparison, present it to us in writing and we will give you $100.00!
If your new comfort system suffers a catastrophic failure (compressor, coil, or heat exchanger failure) during the first year of operation, we will replace the unit instead of just the failed part, no questions asked.
ANI is so confident in our craftsmanship on installing your new complete duct system, we will repair any defect due to workmanship for as long as you own your home.

If you experience any type of breakdown during your warranty period, we guarantee that we will be there for you. We will be there within eight hours of your call – regardless of our workload at the time. If it takes longer than our promise, please let us know and you will be reimbursed $100.00 for any inconvenience.
ANI guarantees our trained Service and Installation Technicians will respect you and your home during our visit. Our uniformed employees will not smoke or curse in your home or on your property; nor will they use their cell phones for non-emergency personal use. We will take precautions to protect your floors and walls, and will clean up the jobsite before we leave. If we fail to do so, we will pay you $100 for any inconvenience.
ANI will repair any refrigerant circuit leak that was caused by an ANI workmanship error for as long as you own your system.
